I love this picture, it’s me at the top of a very big mountain. I was lucky enough to be part of a team that climbed Scafell Pike, England’s highest mountain, in June 2012 for Cancer Research UK for the Queen’s diamond jubilee.
What a fabulous event that was, I was so proud.

Never did I imagine a year later I’d be climbing a bigger, tougher mountain of my own. It really is hard to believe that cancer has come back to bite me and my family AGAIN. We’ve been through a lot, but I am determined to be positive 🙂

This blog is my way of dealing with a long journey through chemotherapy to stop this aggressive little so and so from ever coming back!

It will also contain info on procedures and also how I discovered I had this for the second time, as I hope others can learn from my experiences so apologies now to anyone who finds that sort of thing a bit eugh!
